Install on your device
How do I install Jobflo on my phone or computer?▾
Jobflo is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it installs from your browser, no app store. On most devices Jobflo will offer to install automatically; if not, here’s how to do it manually:
- iPhone & iPad (Safari) — Open jobflo.us, tap the share button (square with the up arrow) at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome) — Open jobflo.us, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right, then tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- Windows or Mac (Chrome or Edge) — Open jobflo.us, click the install icon in the URL bar (looks like a monitor with an arrow), or open the three-dot menu and pick Install Jobflo. After install it opens like a real app.
- Mac (Safari 17+) — Open jobflo.us, click File → Add to Dock.
Already signed in? Settings → Display → Install Jobflo on this device will fire the install prompt if your browser supports it.
Getting started
How do I sign up?▾
Head to jobflo.us/signup, create an account with your email and a password, then follow the short setup wizard (business info, your services and pricing, hours). You’ll be booking jobs the same day.
Is there a free trial?▾
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full feature set. No credit card required to start.
I signed up but never got the confirmation email.▾
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, email support@jobflo.us and we’ll confirm your account manually. We’re actively improving email delivery.
Can I try it without signing up?▾
Yes. The live demo lets you browse the whole app with sample data — no account needed.
Billing & plans
What does it cost?▾
See the pricing page. Plans are monthly or annual (annual saves 20%). During our launch, your first three months are 50% off and the price you start at is the price you keep.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Anytime, from your account settings — no contracts. When you cancel you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
How do I change or cancel my plan?▾
Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you can change plans, update your card, or cancel.
Payments from your customers
How do my customers pay me?▾
You connect your own Stripe account (Settings → Plan & Billing → Accept customer payments). Then every invoice you send has a Pay button, and the money goes straight to your bank. Jobflo never holds or takes a cut of it.
Can I record cash or check payments?▾
Yes. On any sent invoice there's a 'Payments received' panel — record cash, check, ACH, or card taken offline, including partial payments. The invoice status updates automatically.
Do customers get a receipt?▾
When a customer pays online through Stripe, Stripe emails them a receipt. A Jobflo-branded payment confirmation is on our near-term roadmap.
Security & your data
Is my data safe?▾
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, your workspace is isolated from every other business, and you can export or delete all your data anytime. Full details on our Security page.
Can I get my data out?▾
Always. Settings → Data & Exports gives you CSV downloads of your customers, jobs, and invoices, plus a QuickBooks-ready export. Your data is yours.
How do I delete my account?▾
Settings → Security → Delete this workspace. There's a 30-day grace period before anything is permanently removed, so you can change your mind.
