We are new, and we built this inside a real crew.
Jobflo is not a big company. There is no sales team, and nobody is going to ring you at 10 at night. It was built while working alongside a drain and plumbing outfit, watching where their day actually went.
Almost every screen is here because something went wrong in front of us. Making a job takes three steps, because a longer one made them quit their old app in a day. Photos and video got their own spot, because a guy ran out of room on his phone. Every address keeps its story, because the one who remembers the house is not always the one going back.
What we do not have is thousands of customers to point at yet. If that is what you need, wait for us. If you would rather have the thing built for your day than the thing with the biggest logo, take the trial and judge it yourself.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full feature set, no limits, no watered-down version.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and run your schedule for two full weeks before we ask for a card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, right from your account, no contracts. When you cancel you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
How long does setup take?
About a minute. We ask for your business name and what trade you are in, then you are in. We fill in prices for your trade so you are not starting from a blank page. No consultant, no long rollout.
Will it work for my industry?
If you send a guy to a job, Jobflo is for you. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, yard work, locks, appliance fixes, roofs, paint, and more. You put in your own jobs and your own prices. So it fits your trade, not ours.
Does Jobflo get rid of card fees?
No, and no app can. The card company (Stripe) charges about 2.9% + 30¢ on card payments. What Jobflo does is add nothing on top, never hold your money, and let you pass that fee to the customer (cash discount) if you want.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Customer payments go straight to your bank, and Jobflo never holds your money or takes a cut.
Can I really make an invoice by talking?
Yes. Tap the mic, say what you did and the price, “replaced a water heater, $850”, and Jobflo drafts the bill for you to check and send. It's the fastest way to bill without touching a keyboard.
Does it chase people who don't pay?
If you turn it on, yes. A few days after a bill goes unpaid, Jobflo sends a nice note. Then another one a few days later. It stops the second they pay. You never have to be the bad guy, and you stop losing money you forgot about.
Can I bring my customers from another app?
Yes. Import your customer list from a CSV file in a few minutes. It reads the export from whatever you use now, including your accounting software. Switching is not a trap, and you can export all your data any time.
Will the price go up later?
No. The price you start at is the price you keep. No per-worker fees, and no add-ons that creep up on you, what you see is what you pay.
